Website Rules:

The intent of this website is to give Marwood North (Sienna) residents a place to come and find out what is going on in the neighborhood, as well as have another resource for our neighborhood.  I hope that everyone in the neighborhood finds this website useful and uses the website as was intended.  If you are having an issue with billing, or would like to talk to someone about notices please contact PMG, their information is to the right.

For now an administrator will be accepting all comments prior to them being published on this website.  As the site grows, people that follow the rules will be given access to post comments immediately as well as create new posts.

As far as comments go on  a topic, try not to turn it into a compaints department as any serious complaints should be handled through PMG Services, or at a HOA meeting.

Below are the rules of using this website, basically just keep it clean and friendly:

• No Foul Language
• Nothing Explicit

Pretty simple, more will be added as we come across issues, if needed.

Neighborhood Resources advertising:

Currently the ‘Neighborhood Resources’ area for businesses is only for markwood North residents and is free, just send us your page and we will create a page for you and link it accordingly.  The only business that we are not accepting/creating pages for are Realtor’s, we know that may not go over well but imagine that you can understand.

Business owners can post about their business and also post about any specials and coupons that they would like to offer the community.

What goes on your page is your property, by uploading your file (page) you are giving us permission to display your page on our website.  We are not responsible for any reproduction of your property that may be used on other websites.

Local Venue Advertising:

The ‘Local Venue’ area is for local restaurants and shops that would like to offer discounts to the community.  You can submit a request for a page by clicking on ‘Contact Us‘ on the main menu bar of the website.  If you already have a page you can send the HTML version of your page and it will be created and linked to your category.
