This website is being setup for home owners in Markwood North, more commonly known as Sienna.  The main goal of his site is for people to have a place to go to find out what the Sienna HOA is doing around the neighborhood, have an area to post events as well as having a place to let Sienna residents advertise.  This is a great opportunity to not only advertise, but also get links back to your website for some good old google juice.  You will be given a page and an area to post any specials that you want to offer as well as talk about your business.  Your page and advertising is free, times are hard enough without getting nickeled and dimed to death every time you want to use something.

We are hoping that website becomes your favorite site when it comes to finding information on Markwood North, local businesses and our neighborhood in general.  If you are out at a local business mention that they can advertise here for free, maybe they will throw some specials up on the site for us.

You can also come here to find out which homes are on the market in Markwood North, the widget is continuously updated by the same MLS system that realtor’s are using so the information is up-to-date…..unlike most other search sites like Realtor.com which can be days behind in updating.  If you are interested in having a portal into the MLS system where you can do searches in areas other than Markwood North just click on “My Portal” to the right of the page and sign up for your own portal into the Multiple Listing Service that realtor’s use.

Again, tell your friends and neighbors and business owners about this website, the more activity that we have in here the more we get to know our neighborhood.  I am also going to have an area for parents to post anything that may be suspicious that may be going on the neighborhood that we all need to know about.
